Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payment

Online bookings are confirmed only after successful payment through our secure payment provider. A confirmation email with your receipt is sent to the address provided at booking. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and may include seasonal adjustments displayed before payment.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. A valid means of identification (Passport, NIN, Driver's License or Voter's Card) is required at check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards other guests and staff. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay, without refund, where conduct endangers safety or breaks the law.

Liability

The hotel is not liable for loss of valuables not deposited with the front desk. Guests are responsible for damage to hotel property beyond normal wear and tear.

Restaurant Orders & Delivery

Online food orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates; we will contact you on the phone number provided if there is a delay. Delivery is available within Keffi only, for a flat delivery fee shown at checkout; orders to addresses outside Keffi cannot be fulfilled and should be placed for pickup.
