What We Collect
When you book a room or order food, we collect your name, email address, phone number and, optionally, identification details required for check-in. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider (Monnify) and are never stored on our servers.
How We Use It
Your details are used to manage your reservation or order, send booking confirmations and receipts, and contact you about your stay. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with the law.
Retention & Security
Guest records are retained for as long as required for accounting and regulatory purposes, and protected with access controls. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing designatureinternationalhotel@gmail.com.
