Cancellation Policy
Room Reservations
Reservations are held for 10 minutes pending payment; unpaid reservations are released automatically. Paid bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before your check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are refunded at 50% of the booking value.
No-Shows
If you do not arrive on your check-in date and have not contacted us, the first night is charged and the remaining nights are refunded.
Event Hall & Boardroom
Event and meeting-space bookings may be rescheduled once at no cost with at least 7 days' notice. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice forfeit 50% of the booking value.
Refunds
